In our practice we do the same asanas over and over.… repetitively. However, the more we repeat, the more we investigate, the more we see, feel and understand. It’s like the microscope we are looking through becomes more powerful with practise – our microscope is upgraded, which in turn opens us up to new discoveries.
When we move in close to what we are feeling, our perceptual qualities are developed – they are upgraded! When we have an ‘upgrade’ we experience new discoveries, some call these ‘aha’ or ‘light bulb’ moments. It’s in these moments we learn and the wonder of the practice is revealed to us. In yogic terms it’s known as a realisation and as yogis we are all on our path to self-realisation!
