Yoga Classes in Melbourne

The progression through the class levels  is guided by your confidence and your teacher’s recommendation.


INTRODUCTORY COURSE  All ages and fitness levels are welcome. This class is tailored for beginners so no specific  level of fitness or flexibility required.

90 minute class.


GENERAL CLASS  For yogis who have completed the Six-week Introductory Course. This level reinforces previously  taught poses and introduces more challenging postures in preparation for the two-hour class.

90 minute class.


EXPERIENCED CLASS  A two-hour class incorporating a wide range of postures, including head stand, shoulder stand and backbends. This class is designed for regular Luna Yogis.

2 hour class.


LED PRACTISE  A two-hour practice, led by the teachers and teacher trainees at Luna. It is an excellent opportunity to get an extra practice in each week. Attendees must have purchased a block of classes
